This Term-Based, one-time non-refundable deposit covers all events within the agreement timeframe.
We hold the conduct of our Members in high regard and expect the utmost cooperation & respect for our properties from those with Memberships. In the event incidentals or fees occurring, you will only need to perform the following:
- Pay for the cost of damage/fees associated with the occurrence in full.
- Membership will be paused until Property is reimbursed for the said damages or fees.
We appreicate the respect & cooperation of our beloved Members in making our facilities enjoyable for all within the community.

3 Year= $150 Security
2 Year = $250 Security
1 Year = $500 Security
MEMBERS, TO COMPLETE RESERVATION OF ANY EVENT:
- Pay Membership Fee.
- Book Event Date with Discounted Pricing.
- Event Cost must be Paid prior to 1 month prior to Event Date.
- If Event is less than 1 Month away, Event cost must be paid prior to 1 week of the Event Date.
Family & Friends planning multiple events in the near future? You can use your perks on their behalf, so long as you are attending that event too! Or share the news so they can enjoy these perks themselves!!
